PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent flexibility, excellent in heat distortion resistance and moldability and having excellent compatibility especially with a resin having a polar group, and to provide a thermoplastic resin composition using the elastomer composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by melt- kneading a composition comprising (a) 100 pts.wt. olefin copolymer rubber, (b) 25-400 pts.wt. (hydrogenated) unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene copolymer rubber, (c) 1-50 pts.wt. liquid polybutadiene having a terminal hydroxy and (d) 0.01-3 pts.wt. organic peroxide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
