PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film that gives pleasant feeling with slimy or moist touch, a coating composition to obtain the coating film and a polymeric fine particle which is mixed into the coating composition. SOLUTION: The fine particle of a lanolin-adhered polyurethane resin is obtained by reacting at least one kind of a polyester resin or a polyether resin with a polyisocyanate having two or more isocyanato groups in the presence of a lanolin derivative in a poor solvent. The coating composition is characterized by containing (i) at least one binder resin selected from the group consisting of a polyester resin and a polyether resin, having a glass transition temperature of -30 to -70°C, a number-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 50,000 and a hydroxy value of 30 to 70 mgKOH/g resin, (ii) a polyisocyanate having two or more isocyanato groups, (iii) the fine particle of lanolin-adhering polyurethane resin and (iv) an organic solvent.
