PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring valve for sparkling beverage which automatically makes sparkling beverage bubble appropriately. SOLUTION: In a pouring valve 10 for the sparkling beverage, an input flow path 30 is provided on an inlet body 15 and an output flow path 22 is provided on an outlet body 11. A top disc 13 intersecting the flow paths is provided between them, and a through-hole 26 for the flow path is formed on the top disc 13. Opening diameter of the through-hole 26 for the flow path is the same diameter as opening diameters of the input flow path 30 and the output flow path 22. The top disc 13 is rotated by means of a motor 16 and is stopped at a plurality of positions containing positions overlapping the input flow path 30 and the output flow path 22.
