The shower stall has one or more panels (1) made with inner and outer (6) walls with a water distribution chamber between them. The chamber has at least one water inlet and a series of outlets (14) in the form of holes in the outer wall, delivering jets of water into the shower stall, e.g. from the top or side. The distribution chamber is flat in shape and less than 5 mm thick, with outlet holes between 0.5 and 4 mm in diameter covering an area of at least 0.1 sq m with a mean density of 280 holes per sq m.
