<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably form a color image free from color slippage and straight line bend, etc., by providing a member for checking beltmeandering at rotating an endless belt type photoreceptor, as for a color image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: As for the electrophotographic color image forming device equipped with the endless belt type photoreceptor which is rotated while being stretched to be laid between several rollers, the endless belt type photoreceptor 101 is constituted of a supporting belt and a prescribed photoreceptor layer formed on the surface of the supporting belt. In this case, a circumferential length difference between right and left sides of the endless belt type photoreceptor is set to be 0.05 to 0.31 mm, and the elastic meandering checking member 102 for preventing the endless belt from dropping off the roller is arranged on the rear side of each end part in the width direction where the endless belt comes into contact with the roller 100, and a shearing adhesive strength in the width direction between the meandering checking member and the endless belt type photoreceptor is set to be ≥5.9×10<SP>5</SP>N/m<SP>2</SP>, besides, a moving distance of the meandering checking member with reference to the endless belt type photoreceptor in a holding time of 60 minutes is set to be ≤1 mm per 1 kg load/cm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
