<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transfer material having good releasing property when a temporal supporting body is released and to provide a color filter which uses the above photosensitive transfer material. <P>SOLUTION: In the photosensitive transfer material comprising an alkali soluble thermoplastic resin layer, an intermediate layer and a photosensitive resin layer applied in this order on a temporal supporting body, a release layer is formed between the temporal supporting body and the thermoplastic resin layer and the adhesion strength between the thermoplastic resin layer and the release layer is lowest. The release layer preferably contains at least (1) a polyolefin having a carboxyl group and/or a carboxylate group or (2) a polyolefin having a sulfonic acid group and/or a sulfonate group, and (3) at least one kind selected from fluorocarbon derivatives. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
