PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the diffusion rate of ions in a silver salt solution and a halide solution and perform a uniform chemical reaction, and to achieve uniform nucleation and growth of silver halide. SOLUTION: By a temperature control device 89 attached to a microreactor 88 for nucleation in which silver halide grains are generated by introducing a silver salt solution and a halide solution and reacting silver ions and halogen ions, the diffusion rate of silver ions and halogen ions can be varied and controlled to have a≥1.1 time diffusion rate at the temperature of the reactive solutions fed to a reaction section in the microreactor 88, heat transfer is enabled in such a way as to change the temperature of the reactive solutions at≥5°C/min rate, and a heat exchange range to the reactive solutions is set so as to enable heat exchange within a prescribed short time, thereby, the diffusion rate of silver ions and halogen ions is increased to enable efficient preparation.
