<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of manufacturing an organic fertilizer by batch processing of domestic animal dung and plant wastes. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing organic soil conditioners or organic fertilizers from animal excrement of domestic animals, etc., and plant wastes has a first process step of manufacturing highly air permeable crushed matter of plants by subjecting the plant wastes, such as pruned branches and mowed grass, to crushing and disintegrating treatment while pestling the wastes by a screw type pressure crushing and disintegrating apparatus, a second process step of manufacturing a uniform mixture by mixing and kneading the crushed matter of the plants manufactured in the first process step and the animal excrement, a third process step of manufacturing the air-bearing swollen disintegrated matter by disintegrating and swelling the uniform mixture obtained in the second process step, and a fourth process step of manufacturing the aerobic fermentation products by causing the aerobic fermentation of the swollen disintegrated matter obtained in the third process step under ventilation, in which the optimum organic soil conditioners or organic fertilizers are manufactured by further compounding the aerobic fermentation products manufactured discretely by each of the excrement according to the purposes of fertilizing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
