<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide device and method for controlling flow rate of working oil. <P>SOLUTION: This method for controlling flow rate of working oil passing through a valve communicated with a pump and a hydraulic actuator is provided. The method includes monitoring of load pressure of the valve, and selecting of a flow rate limit and a pressure limit of the valve. A flow rate- pressure relation of the valve is determined based on the flow rate limit, the pressure limit and the desired flow rate-pressure characteristic. A working oil flow rate command is calculated based on the determined flow rate-pressure relation of the valve and the monitoring load pressure of the valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
