PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device using a casing cover formed by pressing a steel plate to be easily molded, and capable of setting higher allowable pressure. SOLUTION: A motor part 10 and a pump part 12 are partitioned by the steel plate pressed-casing cover 32, and the deformation of the casing cover 32 in accompany with the pressure fluctuation inside of the pump part 12 is inhibited. For example, the partitioning part 32c for partitioning the motor part 10 and the pump part 12 of the casing cover 32 is provided with a deformation inhibiting part formed by a radial rib 32d.
