PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp for obtaining a sure vibration control effect, and capable of coping with a state by manufacturing only a clamp body even if a diameter and a pitch of a tubular material change. SOLUTION: This clamp has a clip body 1 having an installing part 2 to be installed on a car body B, and a housing part 22 for housing this clip body 1, and is composed of the clamp body 21 having a holding part 27 for holding a pipe P. A vibration control member 10 composed of a soft material is integrally arranged on the outer periphery of the installing part 2. Openings 24a and 24b are arranged on the car body B side of the housing part 22 of the clamp body 21. Leg parts, 11a and 11b of the vibration control member 10 are projected from these openings 24a and 24b. These leg parts 11a and 11b are allowed to abut to the car body B. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
