PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete buried body having sufficient water stopping performance and high durability, and easily changing its sleeve length corresponding to covering size. SOLUTION: An inorganic material-made sleeve 10 and a metallic nut member 11 are connected to each other by a connecting cylinder 12. The connecting cylinder 12 has an outer cylindrical part 12a fitted around the periphery of the nut member 11 and an inner cylindrical part 12b fitted to the inner circumference of the sleeve 10, and a water swelling agent 13 absorbing water is applied to the surface of the inner circumference of the inner cylindrical part 12b.
