SOUNDPROOF FLOOR MEMBER WITH HEATING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform the temperature distribution of a floor surface without changing the total floor thickness and hardly changing the heating efficiency from a planate heater block to the floor surface while securely preventing the dimensional change of a surface member at the end of the planate heater block during operation of the floor heating. SOLUTION: Soaking sheets 8 and protective sheets 9 are laminated at the upper and lower sides of a planate PTC heater 7 arranged between the surface member 2 and a mat member 3, and subheaters 10 are provided respectively at both the ends of the planate PTC heater 3. The soaking sheet 8 and the protective sheet 9 are sealed at both ends of the subheater 10. At least the soaking sheet 8 is extended from the seal part 11 to the outside H and the extended part 8a having a length M reaches near the side end 3a of the mat member 3.
