PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for a head guard allowing a support leg of the head guard to be easily inserted into a support leg holder and allowing to reduce time required for assembling. SOLUTION: This fixing structure is for the head guard 15 arranged on a driver's seat 3 of a forklift. The head guard 15 comprises a pair of support legs 15a, 15b arranged in parallel with each other. Body frames 11, 12 of the forklift comprise support leg holders 16, 17 for respectively inserting and holding the support legs 15a, 15b. Levels of insert openings 16a, 17a of the respective support leg holders 16, 17 are identical with each other while lengths La, Lb of the respective support legs 15a, 15b are different with each other.
