PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent skew travelling of a paper without deviating from a position which is initially positioned by a side guide even when a weight of the paper is applied to the side guide or impact or the like at loading of a paper feeding cassette to a paper feeding part of an image forming device is applied, at positioning by restricting right and left side face of the paper by means of the side guide. SOLUTION: A locking pawl is provided to a paper restricting member. A stopper rack meshing with the locking pawl is provided, and the side guide is fixed by meshing the locking pawl with the stopper rack. Accordingly, even when the weight of the paper is applied to the side guide or the impact or the like at loading of the paper feeding cassette to the paper feeding part of the image forming device is applied, the side guide is prevented from being deviated form the position which is initially positioned by the side guide.
