PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part-attaching structure of a vehicle ceiling capable of further improving a maintenance property of an antenna. SOLUTION: In this part-attaching structure A of a vehicle ceiling, a frame 40 is made to extend in the width direction of a vehicle to form a front end and a closed cross section S of a roof panel 10, and an antenna 2 is attached to a reinforcement 50 installed in the closed cross section S. A room mirror 3 is attached to a bracket 60 with one end 61 fixed to the closed cross section S and the other end 65 fixed to the reinforcement 50. The reinforcement 50 is made to extend rearwards beyond a rear end from a front end of the closed cross section S, so as to improve vibration resistances of the antenna 2 and the frame 40. A working hole is formed in the bracket 60, and an attachment part 20 of the antenna 2 is positioned facing the working hole so as to directly attach and detach a screw 23 and a nut 24 of the antenna 2 from an attaching seat face of the room mirror 3 via the working hole of the bracket 60.
