PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device and vehicular air conditioner capable of driving a pair of control objectives without generating delay feeling of response to operation and large difference between the control objectives, and without deteriorating durability life of an actuator. SOLUTION: A control means drives the pair of the control objectives until relative displacement difference gets to a unit displace amount (m) alternately in such a manner that one control objective gets ahead of another control objective, when difference of current positions of both control objectives and difference from a target position are less than the predetermined unit displacement amount (m). Since the control objectives are alternately driven, delay feeling of response to operation is not felt. In a driving method of alternately getting ahead of another until the displacement difference from another gets to the unit displacement amount (m), since displacement difference between the control objectives does not exceed the unit displace amount (m) and operation intermitting numbers of each actuator can be reduced, a durability life of the actuator is not deteriorated.
