The invention relates to a tubesheet for a tube bundle for chemical reactors and heat exchangers. According to the invention, the tubesheet for the tube bundle for chemical reactors and heat exchangers ensures the firm assembling of the tubesheet components by the fact that it comprises two or more components (11 and 12) having a semicircular or circular sector shape, said components being complementary to each other, to form the complete tubesheet (10) when assembled along a median line. The assembling is performed by means of some projections (13) provided on the components (11) which are insertable in some cavities (14) provided on the corresponding components (12). Both the components (12) provided with cavities (14) and the projections (13) of the corresponding components (11) have some orifices (a and b) for completing the assembling by means of some bolts (15) inserted into the orifices (a and b).
