The bicycle etc. has two wheels (1,2), each with a fork (3,4) held in a carrier (5,6), and a frame (7) with holder tubes (9,10) for the fork carriers. The front fork carrier (5) is formed as a turnable steering shaft, and the rear carrier (6) is formed as a plug journal, which may be fixed in a position offset through 90degrees. A clamp unit (14) is connected to the top end of the steering shaft and of the holder tube for the journal. A steering bracket/handlebars (24) is formed, so that its central section can be connected either to the clamp unit associated with the steering shaft, or its end sections can be connected to both clamp units. A saddle unit (25) is connected to the rear clamp unit, when the central section of the steering bracket is connected to the clamp unit.
