<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classifying device wherein the net is prevented from being clogged with carrier, and then, the function of the device is prevented from being deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: As for two-component developer classifying device equipped with a cleaning device 5 for recovering a residue such as toner and paper powder remaining on the surface of a photoreceptor drum 1, a classifying device 7 for classifying the residue recovered by the cleaning means 5 into the paper powder and discharge toner such as the aggregated toner, and a toner recovering coil 10 for carrying the classified recovered toner toward a developing device 3 so as to reuse the toner, a carrier removing device 13 for removing the carrier from the recovered residue is arranged on the carrying path 6b of a recovered toner carrying device 6 between the cleaning device 5 and the classifying device 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
