<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable film capable of forming a cured layer which is excellent in transparency, hardness, recording film protection performance, dimensional stability and mechanical properties. <P>SOLUTION: The photocurable film contains a compound (A) obtained by reacting an epoxy di(meth)acrylate (a1) and a diisocyanate compound (a2) (optionally a monoalcoholic compound (a3)) and an ethylenically unsaturated compound (B) other than the compound (A).
