PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock cylinder capable of being installed on a large-sized car while the effect or out of effect of its specified stabilizer function is kept selectable. SOLUTION: The lock cylinder has a body C formed in a double cylindrical type where one end is coupled with the stationary side while the other is coupled with the movable side, and an opening and closing valve V to constitute a control part to make selectable the effect or out of effect of the cylinder body C expanding and contracting and a reserver chamber R to function as an accumulator are installed in the cylinder body C.
