PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device capable of easily adjusting a shim even if a rolling bearing such as a ball bearing is used for a motive power transmission device, and particularly dispensing with an assembling tool. SOLUTION: When arranging the rolling bearing 3 composed of an inner race 3a, an outer race 3b, a rolling body 3c held by a cage, and a sealing seal 5 in an arranging housing case 2, the adjusting shim 6 is placed between the rolling bearing 3 and the housing case 2, and in this case, a swelling part 5c is formed on the shaft directional outside more than an end surface of the outer race 3b of the rolling bearing for placing this shim 6 on a shaft directional end surface of the sealing seal 5.
