PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding resistance member having advantage in reliability of a coefficient of friction and in cost. SOLUTION: This sliding resistance member is made of a planar steel product with a bolt hole opened. Rugged shape in which projecting parts having substantially triangular shapes in cross section are continuous in a corrugated shape is formed on both surfaces of the sliding resistance member. The shape of the sliding resistance member is one that envelopes a circular shape which is one time or twice as long as the diameter of a washer to be used upon joining with the bolt hole as a center, and the sliding resistance member is set to have a size so as not to interfere with a sliding resistance member of an adjacent bolt joining part.
