PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional frame compliant method, in which: a compliant frame is stopped while being floated; abnormal pressure increase occurs in a compression chamber when a compressor is started while liquid refrigerant or oil has piled up in the compression chamber or a back face space of a compliant frame; when the compliant frame relieved below, since the liquid refrigerant or the like has piled up in the back face space of the compliant frame, abnormal pressure is generated in the back face space of the compliant frame; and the compliant frame is not relieved, so that the compressor cannot be started, or plate-like spiral teeth are damaged by the abnormal pressure.
