PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings such as a door, a sliding door, etc., capable of making any unfair unlocking operation for a room difficult from outside to improve security and safety while sleeping or going out by eliminating the problems of a thumb turn. SOLUTION: At a frame 2 openably supporting a door 4, a receiving seat 8 which a bar or hook-shaped stop member 7 is engaged with or removed from is provided. Lockable cylinders 12 and 13 are provided on both inside and outside faces of the door body 4 for making the stop member 7 of a lock 6 installed in the door body 4 engage/disengage with/from the receiving seat 8 in interlock with door key operation. A lock section 17 is provided at the indoor cylinder 12 in a state of normally keeping a key 10 attached to the cylinder 12 and being capable of being removed for releasing when necessary.
