PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping system in which excess quality is avoided and a cost can be reduced, ensuring appearance properties. SOLUTION: In the piping system in which water supply pressure is controlled at a predetermined water pressure or less, a joint installed at the end section of piping laid to at least either of the rear of a wall, an underfloor section or an attic space and an instrument mounted in a room are connected by a resin pipe, which is formed of an olefin resin composition and in which a decorative plating is carried out on a surface. Thus, the resin pipe can be used because water supply pressure is controlled at fixed water pressure or less. When the resin pipe is manufactured of the polyolefin resin composition, piping is facilitated in the case of the carrying-out of piping and the resin pipe can be manufactured at a low cost because the characteristics of a member made of polyolefin, the cheapness of workability and a manufacturing cost is displayed. Since a metallic appearance can be obtained by performing the decorative plating on the resin pipe in addition to the easy piping and the manufacture of the resin pipe at the low cost, the piping system has even excellent design properties.
