PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use the installation space of a water tank, to ensure water resources by collecting rainwater or the like, to increase the quantity of oxygen dissolved by a circulating water flow, to supply a plant with water having superior quality and to utilize a pipe type water-storage back flow method for a roof garden, a veranda gardening, a flush toilet, a car wash or the like. SOLUTION: A pipe made of plastics is connected in conformity with a space, a tank is divided into tanks of A and B at both ends of the pipe, submerged pumps are incorporated into both tanks, water is discharged by the submerged pump in A while being circulated at all times by the submerged pump in B and the pipe type water-storage back flow method is utilized for various objects. The water storage tank is formed of the pipes, both ends are raised and the pipe is passed from the tank to the tank B and water is circulated by the submerged pumps, oxygen is dissolved by the flowing of water and the quality of water can be activated, and a plant is reared smoothly. The slender pipes are used, the pipes are buried into a ground in a greenhouse and can be installed on the roof floor of a building and around a veranda or a residence without damaging a landscape, and rainwater or the like can be collected and water rates can be reduced.
