PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating signal processor for construction machine capable of reducing the operation load of an operator or a manufacturing operator in the neutral adjustment of an operating signal. SOLUTION: In the operating signal processor for the construction machine with control levers 21a, 22a, 23a, 24a, 25a and 26a manually operating a plurality of hydraulic actuators and potentiometers 21b, 22b, 23b, 24b, 25b and 26b outputting the electrical operating signal S corresponding to these manipulated variables, the operating signal processor has a correction reference-value learning section 30 automatically learning a correction reference valueΔS for correcting the operating signal on the basis of the operating signal S<SB>0</SB>from the control levers for a fixed period after a rise, a correction reference-value storage section 34, in which the correction reference valueΔS learnt by the learning section 30 is stored, and a signal correction section 35 correcting the operating signal S by using the correction reference valueΔS stored in the storage section 34.
