PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift onto a house cover in construction machinery, in which there is no projection from the side face of the house cover and which can be constituted simply at a low cost and does not impair the appearance. SOLUTION: The side-face section cover 9 of the house cover 6 covering a loaded article on a car body 4 is installed horizontally in a freely openable and closeable manner. A step 11 for a lifting and a lowering on a house is mounted on the internal surface of the side-face section cover 9. The side-face section cover 9 is opened in the case of the lifting and the lowering, and a leg is put on the step 11 on the internal surface and the lift is lifted and lowered on the house cover 6.
