PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape-winding tying apparatus with which even when the apparatus meshes a bag, damage of the apparatus can be prevented, a recovery work to the normal operation can be easily performed, and at the same time a tape can be winded stably and at a good condition. SOLUTION: A motor 23 is used as a driving source for a rotator 75 to perform a winding of a tape T. A cam laver 43 is rolled with a cam 41 installed on a driving shaft 27. The cam lever is connected to one end of an air cylinder 49, a rolling lever 63 is connected to the other end of the air cylinder, and multiple gears composed of the first gear 67 or the like are located in a set of rings between the rolling lever and the rotator. When a material to be tied (a bag W) is meshed into the apparatus, the air cylinder is prolong to stop further rotation of the rotator. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
