<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip member of a writing instrument which gives an excellent touch of holding, prevents sticky feeling, a thumb mark or sucking of dusts, and also prevents the appearance from being marred by torsional deformation, even if characters or patterns are provided on the surface of the grip member. <P>SOLUTION: The grip member is fitted to the recessed part of a barrel serving as a grasping part of the writing instrument, wherein the grip member is molded in two colors and is formed of two layers, an inner layer part and an outer layer part of an elastomer or a rubber or the like. The curing degree of the outer layer part is set higher than that of the inner layer part and a pattern of a character, a pattern and a design or the like is formed on the outer layer part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
