<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device having a light reflection plate, with which a disabled pixel is easily identified in repairing the disabled pixel with a laser device (laser rescue), incorporated thereinto. <P>SOLUTION: A pattern shape 13 to indicate a red pixel, a pattern shape 14 to indicate a green pixel and a pattern shape 15 to indicate a blue pixel are formed respectively on the red pixel 1, on the green pixel 2 and on the blue pixel 3 by using a layer deposited on an array glass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
