PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked evaporator that can make a refrigerant substantially equally flow into an upstream side and a downstream side of an inlet header part, and an air conditioner with the stacked evaporator. SOLUTION: The stacked evaporator comprises a plurality of connected evaporator segments, each of which has a pair of drawn flat plates stacked to form, between the adjacently opposed flat plates, at least one refrigerant passage substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the flat plates. The inlet header part 6 has an inflow refrigerant distributing means 100 capable of dividing the inlet header part 6 into a plurality of blocks B1 and B2 in the evaporator segment stack direction to make a refrigerant flow into each of the blocks B1 and B2.
