PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock for preventing dishonest door opening capable of being installed also on an existing door and capable of surely and inexpensively preventing a crime by a thief performed by forcibly opening the door by a bar. SOLUTION: In this lock for preventing dishonest door opening by a bar, a cylinder lock part 3 having a rear part operating bar 4 rotatable by the rotation of a false key is firmly installed on the outdoor side face 1a of a door 1 and a lock case part 5 having a dead bolt 7 projectable in upper or lower direction by the rotation of the operating bar 4 or an indoor side operation part 6 installed thereon is firmly installed on the indoor side face 1b of the door at a height position between the upper end part of the metal door 1 and the existing door lock 9 in the state of being connected to each other. A receiving metal bar 8 capable of lockingly engaging the dead bolt 7 when projected in upper or lower direction is firmly fitted to the vertical lever 2 of a door frame. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
