PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an effective draining by surely capturing water even from an indefinite spring position or water leaked out in each place. SOLUTION: When a continuous fiber-reinforced earth is constructed on a slope by injecting a continuous fiber yarn from the jet nozzle of an ejector by use of high-pressure water or compressed air, pneumatically carrying sediment to the injecting designation of the fiber through a material hose, and directly injecting and mixing it with the yarn, a mat-like back side draining material 11 is vertically arranged on the ground surface of the slope 2 at a slant, and the continuous fiber-reinforced earth 1 is applied thereon.
