PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an amorphous polyester resin composition that is useful for various sheets and films such as shrinkable labels for foods, cosmetics and beverages, aroma-retaining, heat-sealable films and oil-resistant multilayer sheets, especially for sheets and films for industrial processing, and that has excellent impact strength and transparency. SOLUTION: This amorphous polyester resin composition shows a haze value of≤10% in the form of a sheet having a thickness of 200μm. A molded article from the composition has an Izod impact strength of≥50 J/m for 10 days or longer after the molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
