PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copolymer rubber having a sufficient processability, a composition and rubber compound of the same, and a vibration-insulating rubber having excellent physical properties in static and dynamic ratio, etc. SOLUTION: The copolymer rubber has 45/55-80/20 of the mass ratio of ethylene units toα-olefin units other than the ethylene units,≥3.0 dl/g of a limiting viscosity number [η] measured using decalin at 135°C,≥1.5×10<SP>5</SP>of a number average molecular weight (Mn),≤5.0 of the ratio of a weight average molecular weight to the number average molecular weight (Mw/Mn) and further has higher mass percentage of ethylene units to the total ethylene andα-olefin units of the copolymer rubber in the molecular weight range of 3×10<SP>6</SP>-1×10<SP>7</SP>than that of the molecular weight range of 2×10<SP>4</SP>-1×10<SP>5</SP>, by at least 3% and specifically by at least 4%.
