<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain increase of running torque and heat generation of a rolling bearing due to shear of a lubricant, by straightening the flow of the lubricant caused by slip of respective rolling body surfaces with respect to respective pocket inside surfaces, for instance, in fast rotation. <P>SOLUTION: On the inside surfaces of each pocket 11 of the holder 10, a plurality of fine groves 12 nearly parallel with the relative movement direction of the rolling body surface to the inside surface of the pocket 11 are formed. The relative movement direction of each rolling body surface to the inside surface of the corresponding pocket 11 is a circumferential direction of a circle formed by using, as a center axis, a virtual line generally parallel with the rotation axis of a bearing inner ring via the center of the pocket 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
