PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new monoclonal antibody recognizing an antigen against a hepatic stem-like cell, a medicine containing the new monoclonal antibody recognizing the antigen against the hepatic stem-like cell, and a medicine and a diagnostic agent containing the combination of the new monoclonal antibody recognizing the antigen against the hepatic stem-like cell with a bound molecule for cell-transplantation treatment or diagnosis associated with liver regeneration.

SOLUTION: This monoclonal antibody recognizes an antigen present in the hepatic stem-like cell and having 46 kDa molecular weight by a Western blotting method using a fraction after enucleation (PNS) of the hepatic stem-like cell.
