PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth retaining wall structure capable of reducing a necessary land for construction of a tall earth retaining wall to reduce the cost of the land purchase. SOLUTION: Steel pipe sheet piles 16 continuously set in a standing straight way are mutually connected through joints 16b to construct a steel pipe sheet pile continuous wall 17, a rotational press-in steel pipe pile 23 with blade-like radially extended part having a blade 22 at the tip is rotationarily press-fitted at a certain angle backward from a continuous wall head part 14, and the upper part of the rotational press-in steel pipe pile 23 is connected to the upper part of the steel pipe sheet pile continuous wall 17 in the continuous wall head part 14.
