PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for a support, capable of fixing a support to a cap without looseness after driving the support with a hammer or the like. SOLUTION: This cap for a support includes a cap body fitted to the upper end part of the support, and a fixing metal for fixing the cap body to the support from inside. The cap body is provided with a cap part covering the upper end part of the support and a bolt member coaxially welded to the inside of the cap part. The fixing metal is provided with a connecting part fitted to the inside of the support and a nut welded to the connecting part. The nut is present in the axial position of the support, and the bolt member is engaged with the nut. The tip of the bolt member is crushed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
