PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-glazed unit which can suppress appearance of dew condensation even when there is large temperature difference between both surfaces of the double-glazed unit and which can sufficiently oppose against outer force. SOLUTION: In the double-glazed unit P, a pair of glass plates 1, 2 are disposed to face each other via a clearance part V in a thickness direction and peripheral parts of both glass plates 1, 2 are bonded by a spacer 3S along peripheral parts of the both glass plates 1, 2 to hermetically seal the clearance part V. Further whole spacer 3S is formed of a resin and when cross-sectionally viewed in a direction orthogonally crossing a longitudinal direction of the resin spacers 3S, a resin bulged-out part 3a bulged out in a direction along surfaces of both glass plates 1, 2 is provided integrally with the resin spacers 3S at an intermediate part of the resin spacers 3S between the both glass plates 1, 2.
