PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a postal envelope which can be frequently and easily used as returnable mail or double mail. SOLUTION: This postal envelope 1 comprises an envelope body 2 and an internal paper sheet 5 to be freely taken in/taken out of the envelope body 2, the envelope body 2 has a stamp affixing and post mark hole 6 penetrated therein of the size capable of affixing a postal stamp T and fully stamping a post-office stamp M, and also has visually-checking windows 7 and 8 for a sender column and a receiver column, a sealing tab 4 is sealable to and separable from the envelope body 2, and the internal paper sheet 5 has a stamp affixing space 10 appearing on the stamp affixing and stamping hole 6 and the sender column 11 and a receiver column 12 appearing in the visually- checking windows 7 and 8 when the internal paper sheet is enclosed in the envelope body 2.
