<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and uniformly heat the surface even when a work has large difference to shaft diameters or thicknesses. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of induction-heating the surface of an axial work WA with only an induction-heating coil 10, a portion easily becoming high surface temperature in the axial work WA, is performed to the induction-heating by using a secondary induction-heating coil 20, and the whole surface of the axial work WA, is induction-heated by using both of the induction-heating coil 10 and the secondary induction-heating coil 20. Then, for uniformly performing the induction-heating to the surface, the power of the secondary induction current flowing in the secondary induction-heating coil 20 is adjusted by changing a gap distance between both coils. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
