METHOD OF CONTROLLING SPEED GOVERNING CONTROLLER AND METHOD OF DETECTING ANOMALY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed governing controller that eliminates a mechanical part and that controls a guide vane operating device that can shorten a period required for maintenance and adjustment with low cost.

SOLUTION: A feedback control of a main distributing valve is performed by simulating operating characteristics using a software without taking in an actual opening of the main distributing valve. Also, an anomaly is detected using a correlation between the simulated opening of the main distributing valve and the opening of the guide vane. Accordingly, it becomes possible to eliminate a hardware to measure an actual opening of the main distributing valve and improve reliability.
