PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seam structure for assembling a duct generating no noise in assembly and capable of efficiently suspending and laying the duct. SOLUTION: The seam structure for assembling the duct is characterized by that female seams for assembling the duct are respectively provided on right and left side plates, male seams of upper and lower plates are formed so as to enter the female seams and latch on to them, and interposing gaps for interposing receiving plates and suspension fittings in roll assembly are provided between relative faces of the right and left side plates and the female seams.
