PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve with low cost constitution and stable magnetic characteristics in magnetic circuit. SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve comprises: a metallic inner cylindrical member 14 in which a movable element 25 and a valve member 26 are axially reciprocatively accommodated to form a part of a magnetic circuit; a driving coil 31; a first metallic outer frame member 18 mounted on an outer periphery of the metallic inner cylindrical member 14, having a driving coil 31 therein, and abutting on the metallic inner cylindrical member 14 at its tip part 18a to form another part of the magnetic circuit; and a resin coating members 13, 15 coating an outer peripheral face of at least the first metallic outer frame member 18 over the whole face, and attached to the coil 31 and the metallic outer frame member 18, 23. The tip part 18a and the metallic inner cylindrical member 14 are constituted so as to but an axial end 18b of the tip part 18a against a stepped part 14f formed on the metallic inner cylindrical member 14.
