PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fluid observation plate. SOLUTION: This fluid observation plate 1 comprises the first plate 10 and the second plate 20 made of a plastic, and the first long reservoir recess 12 and the second long reservoir recess 13 are formed in series via a partitioning part 14 along the longitudinal direction on the surface of the first plate 10. An observation recess 15 is formed in a top of the partitioning part 14, and a plurality of groove parts 160 is formed on the observation recess 15 by arraying blocks with an equal interval. In the fluid observation plate 1, the plastic less expensive than a silicon single crystal is used as a material for the first plate 10 and the second plate 20, and the plate 1 is manufactured at low cost by form molding or the like.
