摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional absolute fluorescence quantum efficiency measuring method for a solid sample can be applied to only the sample whose transmissivity is zero with reference to excitation light, that even when the measuring method can be used without depending on the transmissivity of the sample, the relative spectral sensitivity of a measuring apparatus as a whole cannot be calibrated and that the quantum efficiency of the sample cannot be decided precisely. SOLUTION: The spectral sensitivity of the apparatus as a whole is calibrated by using a spectral irradiance standard lamp. On the basis of its calibration, the excitation light at a spectrum of the excitation light as a single is irradiated at the solid sample, a spectrum of fluorescence emitted by the sample is measured, and the absolute fluorescence quantum efficiency of the solid sample can be measured.
